- Arrival: Rooms are usually available from 3.00 pm at your day of arrival. Please inform us if you will arrive after 7.00 pm.
- Departure: We kindly ask our guests to check-out from their rooms by 11.00 am on the day of departure. NEW: We offer the possibility to use also after Check Out our Spa centre until 6 p.m. for free.
- Late Check Out:
Upon request we offer the possibility of a Late Check Out. We
calculate a supplement of Euro 100,00 per room and you are free to use
the Spa and the room the day of departure until 7.00 pm (high season
- In your room you’ll find: bathrobe, hair-dryer, radio, phone, Sat-TV, safe, mini-bar.
- Parking area and garage:
The parking places around our hotel are free of charge. Parking in the
garage is charged at 10.00 € per day. Please book your parking space in
- E-car charging station: We provide a garage space with a charging station for e-cars at an additional cost of € 15.00 per day.
- Pets: Small sized
dogs are accepted only after request, in the room categories "Landro
Lodge" and "Suite Lodge". We charge 20.00 € per day (food excluded) for
your small pet. Please note that pets are not allowed in the dining
room, in the garden or in the health and vitality centre. We recommend
to choose the room with breakfast in order to bring your dog with you
for dinner in the restaurant á la carte. Please remember to bring a
basket or blanket for your dog.
- Smoking: In
accordance with Italian Law and Regional Law Nr. 6, July 3rd 2006,
smoking is not allowed in any room of the Hotel Santer or in communal
areas. Smokers are welcome to enjoy a cigarette in the winter garden, we
have reserved for them, with view over the Landro valley, close to
- Payment: We accept
Visa, MasterCard, EC-card, cheques and cash. In accordance with Italian
law, we can accept only limited amounts in cash.
- Local tax: The prices quoted are plus 2.50 € local tax per person per day (except for children under the age of 14).
- Children: We grant a 10% discount to children from 12 years in their parents' room (extra bed).
- Packages: Hotel packages and
offers can not be used in combination with other reductions and are
valid only if confirmed at the time of booking. No changes are possible
after booking confirmation. Packages are valid only when booked directly
with the Hotel Santer.
- Desired room: We
are pleased to reserve the room category of your choice for your
holiday. Specific floors or room numbers can not be guaranteed.
- The pictures oft he rooms on the homepage are only optional and can variegate.
Our standard booking policy:
* In case of legal restrictions due to the Covid-19 (force
major) and impossibility to travel to South Tyrol/Italy, in accordance
with the provisions of article 88 of law-decree no. 18/2020 and article
28 of law-decree no. 9/2020, we will keep your deposit (if it has been requested) for a future booking within one year.
Furthermore we want to inform that Romantik Hotel Santer is entitled to
make cancellations based on Covid-19, without any claim for
compensation on the part of the guest.

For stays from 1 - 2 nights we ask for an amount of Euro 150,00 per room
For stays from 3 - 6 nights we ask for an amount of Euro 300,00 per room
For a stay upon 7 nights we ask for an amount of Euro 450,00 per room
In order to officially confirm your booking and guarantee you the desired room, we kindly ask you to transfer the deposit within 7 days after booking confirmation. If your arrival is within the next 7 days, we kindly ask you to send us
your credit card details (holder, number and expiry date) for pre-authorization of the total amount.
The required deposit can be paid by bank transfer or by credit card on our website under the link “Click to Pay”.

The deposit will be retained in case of cancellation, even if you have stipulated the travel cancellation assurance.
- Standard cancellation policy:
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers’
Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the
following cancellation policy:
Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival: we will not refund your deposit, no additional costs
Cancellation from 30 to 15 days prior to arrival: 50 % of the total price of the stay
Cancellation from 14 days prior to arrival: 100 % of the total price of the stay
In case of early departure, late arrival or in case of no-show: 100 % will be charged
