We offer a lot of game-dishes, typical „farmer-dishes“, fish specialities and gourmet meals. Enjoy your culinariy journey in the romantic ambience by candle-light or in our rustical South Tyrolean „stube“. The affectionate dishes will be improved by delicious desserts and noble wines from South Tyrol and Italy. Our farms in Braies, Steinwandterhof and Gstattlhof, provide our hotel with beef of „Sprinzen“ and „Highlander“. This meet has a very authentic aroma.
