Booking information

In order to make your reservation definitive, we ask you to transfer the deposit within 7 days after booking confirmation. The amount of the deposit is graded according to the length of stay:

for stays of 1 to 2 nights we ask for a deposit of 150.00 euro per room
for stays from 3 to 6 nights we ask for a deposit of 300.00 euro per room
for stays of 7 nights or more we ask for a deposit of 450.00 euro per room

If your arrival is scheduled within the next 14 days, we kindly ask you to transfer the total amount of the booking via instant bank transfer.

You can pay the deposit by bank transfer or online on our website with your credit card under "Click to Pay".

In case of cancellation, the deposit will be retained - even if you have stipulated our travel cancellation protection.

To make planning your stay as pleasant and flexible as possible, we offer you two convenient options for settling your final balance.

Payment before arrival
You are welcome to settle the remaining balance of your stay (excluding extras and the local tourist tax) 14 days before your arrival. The following fast and secure payments methods are available:
- Instant bank transfer
- Click to Pay (Online credit card payment)
With this option, your accomodation will be fully paid before your arrival, allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay with us from the very first moment. Only extras and the local tourist tax will need to be paid on site.

Payment at departure
Alternatively, you may settle the remaining balance of your stay upon departure, either in cash (up to a certain limit), by instant bank transfer, or by credit card. Please note that in this case taking out travel cancellation insurance is mandatory no later than 14 days before your arrival in order to guarantee the booking..
If your arrival is scheduled within the next 14 days, we kindly ask you to transfer the total amount of the booking via instant bank transfer.

There is no right of cancellation under the Consumer Code - nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

Up to 30 days before arrival: no cancellation fee will be charged, the deposit will be retained
For cancellations from 30 up to 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total price of the stay
For cancellations from 14 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total price of the stay
In case of early departure or late arrival: 100% of the agreed daily price for each day not used
In case of no show: 100% of the total price of the stay

Travel cancellation protection

A tourist tax per person and day (except for minors under 14 years) must be added to the indicated prices. This tax has to be paid on place.

Children over the age of 12 and adults receive a 10% reduction on the daily rate in an additional bed in a double room.

Children only admitted from 12 years of age.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, EC card, cheques and cash payment (except American Express). According to Italian law we can only accept cash up to a certain amount.

Packages and offers cannot be combined and are only valid if confirmed at the time of booking and for bookings made directly at the Hotel Santer. Subsequent changes are not possible.

General information

Arrival, departure and…

Rooms are available from 3 p.m. onwards. In case of arrival after 7 p.m., we kindly ask you to inform us, otherwise the booked rooms can no longer be secured.

On the day of departure we ask our guests to vacate their rooms by 11 a.m.
If the check-out will be before 7:30 a.m., we kindly ask to make the final payment the day before by 9:00 p.m. at the latest.

We also offer Late-check-out on request. For a surcharge of 100.00 euro per room on the day of departure, you can keep your room and use the wellness area until 7 p.m. (excluding high season).

SPA-Late-Check-Out: Alternatively, on the day of departure after checking out your room, you can only use our wellness area free of charge until 7 p.m. (on request and except on closing day)!!

The outdoor parking spaces in front of our hotel are available to our guests free of charge. For garage parking, we charge €10.00 per day. As garage spaces are limited, we kindly ask you to reserve in advance.

On reservation we provide a garage space with a charging stations for electric cars. The service is subject to a fee and can be conveniently activated with your room key. In addition to the daily garage fee of €10.00, electricity consumption will be charged based on the actual power used.

Room information

: Our rooms are equipped with bathrobes, towels and slippers, hairdryer, radio, telephone, satellite TV, safe and minibar (on request).
: We will of course reserve a room for you in your desired category, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee either the floor or the room number.

: In accordance with Italian law and Provincial Decree No. 6 of 03/04/2006, smoking is prohibited in the rooms and public areas of Hotel Santer. A winter garden with a view of the Landro Valley is available for smokers.
: Not allowed.
