If you have concluded the Travel Cancellation Assurance, our general conditions for cancellation will not apply.

The insurance provides coverage of the total price of booking in case you are forced to cancel your stay for the following reasons:
- illness (incl. children and spouse)
- death of a close family member
- accidents
- roadblocks, landslides, flooding or similar natural disasters

We kindly ask you to confirm all mentioned cancellation reasons in writing (doctor confirmation, authorities, police, etc.) to free you from the cancellation fees.

The travel cancellation insurance must be completed at least 14 days before arrival!
