Flexible cancellation policy Summer 2020
Considering the current situation with COVID-19 and to allow you to plan your holiday in total peace and security, we have modified the cancellation conditions in your favour:

• For all new bookings up to the end of July you do not have to make a deposit and you can cancel or rebook the stay free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival.
• For the high season in August and the autumn months, we ask to pay a deposit no later than 30 days before arrival (amount according to our standard cancellation policy).
  If the cancellation is made between 30 and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the total price of the stay will be charged.
  From 15 days before arrival 100% of the total price of the stay will be charged. In case of early departure, 100% of the agreed price will be charged for the booked but not used days.
• The hotel's standard cancellation policy applies to winter holidays.

We will continuously update the new hygiene measures and follow the government guidelines to help you enjoy your vacation (updated 12.05.2020).

Room cleaning and disinfection:

• We train our maids for the increased hygiene measures.
• We use professional cleaning agents with antibacterial and antiviral effects for cleaning.
• We use fresh cleaning utensils for each room (new cleaning rags, fresh cleaning water).
• All rooms are disinfected before arrival of the guests.
• The rooms are disinfected with ozone at regular intervals.
• Housekeeping uses gloves and a facemask.
• The rooms are thoroughly ventilated during room cleaning.
• All hotel laundry is cleaned by a professional washhouse. We wash the bathrobes in the Romantik Hotel Santer at a temperature of 90°.

• Regular disinfection of the "critical points" (door handles, benches, railings) with professional cleaning agents.
• Regular manual ventilation with fresh air from the common areas.
• The cleaning staff use gloves and a facemask.
• Provision of hand disinfectants at various locations in the hotel.
• The hotel entrance has an automatic door with a light barrier.
• The common areas are set up so that there is a distance of at least 2 meters between the guests.

• In the kitchen we are working under strict hygienic guidelines according to HACCP (ingl. Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
• The staff is wearing gloves and a facemask while preparing food.
• We use professional cleaning agents with antibacterial and antiviral effects for cleaning.

• We observe the legally prescribed minimum distance in the dining room.
• The service staff is wearing gloves and a facemask. Gloves are also worn during preparing the dining room.
• We use professional cleaning agents that have antibacterial and antiviral effects.
• Room service: On request, we serve the dishes also to your room for an additional charge.

• The water in the swimming pools are cleaned with a chlorine filter. This guarantees 99.9% killing of the germs.
• Disinfectants and cleaning cloths for the couches as well as hand disinfectants are available to the guests in the relaxation rooms.
• Regular disinfection of the "critical points" (door handles, benches, seats, railings, couches) with professional cleaning agents.
• We use professional cleaning agents with antibacterial and antiviral effects for cleaning.
• During the wellness treatments (face and body treatments, massages, ...) the staff uses mouth and nose masks.
• Disinfectants are available to guests also in the fitness room.
• The use of saunas and the indoor swimming pool will probably not be possible. Updates will follow.

• If possible, our fitness activities are taking place in our spacious garden and the surrounding nature.

• Fast Internet through fiber optic connection.
• All rooms are furnished with escritoire for home-/ smart working, even while vacation.
• The nearest hospital including first aid station is in San Candido/Innichen (4 km).
• In Dobbiaco, is available the local doctor Dr. Lahner.
• Facemasks and gloves are provided free of charge.
• Dobbiaco is a small village where you can go for long walks and hikes without encountering large crowds. Our hotel area is very spacious, we have a large garden and everyone will surely find a quiet place.
