Travel cancellation assurance in the Romantik Hotel

To prevent you and us from unpleasant surprises and to help you enjoy your holidays at our Romantik Hotel in the Dolomites, we are pleased to offer you our BRAND NEW TRAVEL INSURANCE as an additional service. In case of total cancellation, early departure or deadline shift (equivalent to cancellations) we usually charge 70% of the total price.

The scale of premiums covers the following circumstances:

Illness before beginning of your travel (incl. children and spouse)
Death of a close family member
Accidents
Roadblocks, landslides, flooding or similar natural disasters.

Please communicate all your travel cancellation reasons in writing (doctor’s confirmation, public authorities, police, etc.), to cover yourself from cancellation charges.
The travel cancellation insurance must be taken out at least 14 days prior to arrival date.
