At the Romantik Hotel Santer, culinary art takes root from a desire for creativity. With imagination and dedication as the host, chef Jürgen and his staff transform top quality products into delicate delights for the palate. On the menu of our 4-star hotel in the Dolomites you’ll find traditional food from the local area together with Mediterranean and international specialities. Fresh and natural eating is our goal; that’s why we are happy to use the products of the Gstattlhof - our own farmstead in Dobbiaco.

The restaurant of the Romantik Hotel Santer is open daily from 11.30am to 10.00pm. Enjoy the inviting atmosphere of the romantic fireside lounge and the rustic Stube.
