Dinning in an elegant atmosphere

Regional dishes, fresh ingredients and meet from the own breeding are very important for the chef Jürgen Santer. He create typical deliciousness of South Tyrol and Italy but you will find also international dishes on our menu.

Our farms in Braies, Steinwandterhof and Gstattlhof, provide our hotel with beef of „Sprinzen“ and „Highlander“. This meet has a very autentic aroma.

Herbert Santer has a passion for hunting, so you will find every day fresh game-dishes on the menu.

The half-board include a rich breakfast buffet with different bread-sorts, cookies, brioches, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cerealis, sausages, cheese and specialities made for you at the moment! The breakfast will be served from 7.30 am to 11.00 am.
Every evening, from 7.00 to 9.00 pm, we serve the dinner with 5 courses. You can choose between a Tyrolean Menu with specialities of South Tyrol, the gourmet Romantic Menu or the Wellness Menu with fish-dishes. You will find always a rich buffet with salats and cheese.

Our kitchen staff is well prepared for the requirements of gluten-free dishes and celiac disease. Upon request we serve special dietary or gluten-free meals.

On special evenings, like Christmas, New Years Eve, Easter we serve a gala-dinner!

If you want to book full-board catering, so we charge € 25,00 per person a day and you can enjoy the brunch in our restaurant from 12 am to 2.00 pm.
Dine all around: for only € 35,00 extra charge: we offer for you breakfast, brunch, afternoon-snack with coffee & cake and dinner!

In the cold winter-months we prepare for you a glass of hot tea in our hall – free for our guests!
